These workshops are a very special chance for you to join my good friend Kate Hill and I as we shoot for our big project 'Food Stories from Gascony'.
This is a unique opportunity to join us as we are working and to hone both your cookery and your photography skills. Accomodation is at the amazing Château de Mazelières, a beautifully furnished, wine producing Chateau deep in the lush countryside of Gascony.

Together we invite you to spend 5 days working with us learning to create your own food stories under Tim’s expert tutelage with a camera and my guiding hands in the kitchen and at the table."
From Camont’s farmhouse kitchen and garden terrace to the Chateau de Mazelières elegant vines and historic stones, we work as we live – freely and with gusto, laughter, and taste for the passion we share. Shooting schedules are woven through the colourful village markets, a sunrise jaunt across the Gascon hills, an in depth visit to behind the scenes of wine making in a French chateau. Summer produce is at it’s peak and we cook and eat for supper what we style and shoot early in the day. The long summer days allow us ample time to cook and shoot in early morning light and explore the technical side of editing and processing in the the afternoon. Evenings are for leisurely meals and free time to explore the charming surroundings of the 18th-century Chateau de Mazelieres and Kate’s farmhouse kitchen and gardens, and neighbouring villages.

The workshop is fully inclusive of accommodation, airport transfers, all transport, all meals including wine and all tuition. Please note: this does not include flight expenses.
PRICE per person: €2900.00
If, for any unavoidable reason the workshop does not go ahead, your deposit will be refunded in full.
